Enjoy your tropical Florida vacation in this beautiful and spacious split level 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in over 3,300 square feet of living space with your own private heated saltwater pool! Just a short 7-10 minutes drive to white sandy Indian Shores beach and several other local beaches like Clearwater, Madeira and St. Pete. The home is on a quiet cul-de-sac street and family neighborhood. *So, if your purpose is to party, this is NOT the house for you. The area is a vacation paradise! Dine at the beach, go shopping at the mall. go explore downtown, spend the day at Busch Gardens, watch a Bucs , Lightning or Rays game, or just relax in the beautiful Florida weather, the options for fun are endless! We have a welcome book in the house with suggestions to different restaurants and attractions. If you choose to stay in, the home offers your favorite apps and streaming services, as well as an Xbox, board games, foosball table and a bar area which makes for a perfect entertainment space. We also have TVs in all the bedrooms. The backyard offers a gazebo, a Blackstone gas griddle, lounge chairs by the pool, a fire pit, a large dinning table (sits 12) under the covered deck and a corn hole game for added fun. The backyard is fully fenced for your privacy. Need to do some work or study? There is an office space in the lower level for you to be able to concentrate and get the work done! The chefs will love the kitchen, which is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and amenities to prep a meal. For the coffee lovers, we offer a coffee pot as well as an espresso coffee maker . But if you love tea, we haven't forgotten you, and we also provide an electric tea kettle. We also have other kitchen amenities like blender, mixer, flat electric grill, etc. Enjoy your meal throughout the home with plenty of seating space. The home is kid friendly, equipped with high chair, kids plates, cups and utensils, play pen, stroller and car seat. The pool area also has a kid fence around it. However, we DO have stairs since this is a split level home. We provide 3 baby gates as well. Please, look at the photos for your own judgement if the house would be appropriate to your needs. Inside the shed you will find Tommy Bahama beach chairs, Beach umbrellas, an Igloo Cooler with wheels, a wagon, beach toys and body boards, beach towels a couple fishing rods and more. We also offer propane gas for the grill. There is a ring door bell with camera at the entry door that we monitor from time to time for ours and guests safety.
